How do I cancel my order?Updated 18 days ago
As orders are synced to our warehouse automatically, we usually cannot cancel your order once you have placed it. However, if you realise you need to cancel your order shortly after placing it, you can contact our customer services team via our contact form. A member of the team might be able to cancel your order before the warehouse fulfils it. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, please see our returns policy for further instructions.
