E-gift cards will be sent via email to the person who purchased them, unless the "Send this as a gift" option was used, in which case they will go directly to the recipient details entered there.
If you are expecting to receive a gift card from someone, check whose details they used to complete their purchase.
E-gift cards cannot be forwarded.
