Returns must be initiated within 30 of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Returns via Post

Head to our returns portal to process a return. You will receive a shipping label that you can use to post your item back to our warehouse

Refund process

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will examine it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. This can take up to 10 working days from the time you drop your items off at the post office.
