When will I get my refund?
Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified via email when the refund has been issued. Please allow 5 working days after your return has been delivered to our warehouse for your refund to be processed.
What’s your return policy?
We offer a subsidised, tracked returns service with Royal Mail for £3 - this will be automatically deducted from your refund. This fee will be manually waived in the case of faulty or incorrect items. Returns must be made within 30 days of your deliv
