We offer a subsidised, tracked returns service with Royal Mail for £3 - this will be automatically deducted from your refund. This fee will be manually waived in the case of faulty or incorrect items.

• Returns must be made within 30 days of your delivery date

• Returns of sale items must be made within 14 days of your delivery date

• All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached and original packaging.
  
  

Online returns:

• All items are subject to inspection.

• Once we receive your return at our warehouse, it will take 3-5 business days to process your refund.

• Funds will then be credited back to your original method of payment.

• Online orders and in store purchases can both be returned in store

• To return an item in store, please have your order number to hand
  
  

EXCHANGES 

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange for another size, colour or style, please place a new order. In store exchanges may be possible if we have stock.
