Lost packages

At Runlimited, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. In the event that your order is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team via our contact form with your order number and all relevant details. Please be advised that lost packages are mostly due to the courier service used. Runlimited unfortunately has no control over their systems or processes. 


Damaged packages

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such cases, please contact our customer service team via our contact form as soon as possible after receiving your order and include photos of the damaged items or package.

We will review the documentation provided and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
